About MUM North Campus Village

MUM North Campus Village

The MUM North Campus Village is a subdivision on the north end of the MUM Campus. It is separated from lower campus by an old railroad right-of-way that is now used as part of the Jefferson County Trail System. The village streets are constructed parallel to "B" Street and will soon extend back to the MUM soccer field as its western boundary.

Currently there are approximately 45 homes in the village with room for more. The lots are subdivided for private ownership, however qualifying MUM faculty and staff can lease their lot from the university. Like other developments, there is a homeowner's association with protective codes and covenants that restrict the use of the land.

The MUM North Campus Village is a wonderful neighborhood that is walking distance to the domes, the university and MSAE. Residents can take advantage of a pedestrian-oriented, pet-friendly neighborhood geared towards people of all ages.

Vastu Design & Construction, Inc. is the developer for the M.U.M. North Campus Village and has built the majority of the homes in the village. Many more are planned.
