Vastu Design & Construction, Inc. has been in business since 1990 designing and building Maharishi Sthãpatya Veda (MSV) homes in Fairfield, Iowa. We are the developers for the M.U.M. North Campus Village, located on the north end of campus on North "B" Street.
The M.U.M North Campus Village is a planned residential community on previously undeveloped land at the north end of campus. Residents own a subdivided lot within walking distance of the domes and classes, and take advantage of a pedestrian-oriented, pet-friendly neighborhood geared towards people of all ages.
Vastu Design & Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by Martin Brett and Nancy Walker. We merged Martin's experience in land development with Nancy's experience in architectural design and construction to work together to create the M.U.M North Campus Village. To date we have developed four phases of the subdivision and built 40 homes.
We brought something new to the field of MSV home construction in Fairfield with the creation of affordable, pre-designed, all-inclusive homes that take the effort, the guesswork, and the stress out of the construction process.
Vastu Design & Construction has earned a reputation for providing homes of exceptional value and quality. Recently we received a Maharishi Award for our efforts in creating the MUM North Campus Village.
